Nanjing Chuangbo participates in CHINAPLAS 2021 International Rubber and Plastic Exhibition

The 34th China International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries was successfully held in Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center from April 13 to 16, 2021. At the exhibition, Nanjing Chuangbo Machinery Co., Ltd. launched a complete set of supercritical carbon dioxide foaming extrusion line and continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic unidirectional prepreg sheet production line.
Professors from Beijing University of Chemical Technology answered customer questions on the spot and had fruitful exchanges with guests. The supercritical carbon dioxide foaming extrusion line includes twin screw extruder and single screw extruder etc. The purpose of twin screw extruder is melting, foaming agent injection, mixing and pressure building, and the purpose of single screw extruder is melt cooling and homogenization.
The continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic unidirectional prepreg sheet production line includes a pay-off creel, a fiber spreading, a twin screw extruder, an infiltration mold, hot press cooling, traction, and winding etc. The infiltration mold is a patented product, with reasonable structure, high function integration, and online adjustment of the infiltration degree.
