Tandem Line for Producing Crosslinkable Polyethylene (XLPE) Cable Compounds
The 1st stage is TSB/TSH co-rotation twin screw compounding extruder, and the second stage is SE series low speed single screw extruder. Both extruders are T-shape distributed, forming a two stage compound unit.
Combine and complement the advantages of co-rotation twin screw and single screw. Twin screw extruder features force conveying, high efficiency plastify compounding and shear dispersion, and no back pressure reflux at die head, avoiding high temperature shear overheating. Single screw extruder features high pressure extrusion, but low speed shear also avoiding overheating.
