Compounding and strand pelletizing line for incorporation of plastic alloy
The compounding modification of more than two kinds of resins is mainly aimed at the modification of processing flowability and mechanical properties. The two resins of plastic alloy modification have good compatibility, close processing temperature and complementary characteristics, such as ABS/PC alloy, PPO/PS alloy, PA6/ABS alloy and so on.
The raw materials are often premixed, and after uniform mixing, are fed into the twin screw plastic alloy extruder by the feeder, and the addition of liquid additives is fed to the middle barrel of the extruder for some formulas. Then finish the process requirements of compounding dispersion, liquid injection, and exhaust/vacuum, etc.
The common pelletizing way is water strand pelletizing.
