At the same time, in order to remove the volatile matter of small molecules such as solvent and emulsifier, it is necessary to carry out high-temperature melting stabilization treatment of the powder. Under normal circumstances, the processing temperature will reach 380-390 ° C. At this high temperature, due to decomposition of unstable end groups, corrosive hydrofluoric acid (HF) generated is very corrosive to processing equipment, especially screws, barrels, exhaust chambers, and die heads.
