Product Description

Features

1. Pre-crystallization and pre-dry device in traditional pet sheet extrusion line production process is eliminated, the energy consumption and cost is significantly reduced.
2. The final sheet quality is improved as degradation is avoided occurred during hours of pre-crystallization and pre-dry period.
3. The process is obviously shortened and simplified, different kinds of recycled or raw material such as APET, PETG and GAG can be directly used, the productivity is significantly improved.
4. Huge degassing volume and super high vacuum level is realized by special designed low power consumption vacuum system, the moisture is removed and the IV degradation is controlled within 0.04.
5. As a qualified pet sheet extruder manufacturer in China, our high torque twin screw extruder and special designed process section to keep stable and long term production.
6. Single layer sheet or ABA composite sheet both available based on twin screw compounding extruders.
7. Both complete new line based on twin screw extruder or technology up-gradation for traditional single screw line available.
