Chuangbo has been committed to developing a laboratory extruder. Today, we finally launched this TSB lab scale twin screw extruder. It is a universal model designed for universities, research institutes and large and medium-sized enterprises to engage in various extrusion teaching, extrusion variability research and small batch production. We produce various types of twin-screw extruder machines, equipped with customizable accessories to suit the pharmaceutical and industrial industries.
Typical Configuration
● Self-made standard gearbox: Imported key bearings.
● Electric control: Famous brand made by joint venture or China/meter control.
● All the essential parts as barrels, screw elements, gearbox bases and connectors are manufactured by CNC.
