Dr. Chul B. Park, Newly Elected Foreign Fellow of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2021, Visited Nanjing Chuangbo Machinery on Nov.20, 2021

The Second SAMPE Polymer Foaming and Porous Materials Summit Forum was held in Nanjing on Nov.20. Dr. Chul B. Park, Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada in 2010, Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2012, Fellow of the Korean Academy of Science of Technology in 2012, and Fellow of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (newly elected foreign fellow in 2021), and University of Toronto Microporous Engineering Plastics Specially-appointed professor, visited Nanjing Chuangbo on Nov.20. Accompanied by Mr. Li Dongsheng, general manager of Chuangbo, he focused on the polymer foaming and composite materials R&D center (pilot test base) which was jointly set up by Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Chuangbo. Dr. Park, enthusiastically visited the twin screw extruder assembly workshop and testing platform, carefully inquired about the manufacturing process of the twin screw extruder, and extensively discussed the twin screw extrusion of various applications. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Wenzhi, Chairman of Chuangbo, and Mr. lLi Dongsheng, conducted fruitful discussions on cooperation fields and cooperation methods, with Dr. Park. The two parties look forward to extensive and in-depth cooperation in continuous extrusion foaming technology and special equipment.
