Processing and forming tests on extruded foam boards, sheets, beads, and other materials such as PP, PE, EVA, PA, PET, PBAT, PLA, TPAE, TPEE, PPO, etc.
(2) TSS-65/900-315-44 high speed and high torque co-rotating twin screw extruder
Specific torque: 12T/A ³
Screw speed: 900rpm
Production capacity: 650-1200kg/h
The unit has a high output, less area occupancy, utilizing the advantages of high speed, high shear, and high mixing dispersion of co-rotating twin screws to achieve a good mixing of materials.
