The 8th Council of the Sixth China Plastics Machinery Industry Association (CPMIA) (Video) Enlarged Meeting was held on Sept.16, 2020. Ms. Su Dongping, Executive Vice President of China Plastic Machinery Industry Association, chaired the meeting. Mr. Wang Wenzhi, president of Nanjing Chuangbo Machinery Co., Ltd, participated the meeting.
In the past five years, members of CPMIA have developed a series of key products in the fields of lightweight material production equipment and environmental protection equipment, focusing on key applications in downstream industries, such as automobiles and food packaging, including:
(1) Fiber-reinforced composite material technology is mainly applied to structural parts and sub-structures of automobiles to achieve lightweight. The LFT-G (long fiber reinforced granular material) technology represented by Nanjing Chuangbo has been widely used in the market.
(2) Supercritical fluid foaming technology is mainly used in automotive interior parts to achieve functionalization such as lightweight, sound insulation and noise reduction. Nanjing Chuangbo actively participated in the research and development of complete sets of technical equipment such as supercritical carbon dioxide foaming of polypropylene and PET.
In the next few years, Nanjing Chuangbo will continue to deepen the research and development of supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology. At CHINAPLAS in Shenzhen in 2021, Nanjing Chuanbo will exhibit continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin unidirectional prepreg tape line.
